Alford Windmill Information
Alford Windmill is located Alford, Lincolnshire, UK
The Windmill at Alford is built over seven floors and has five sails. The windmill was built by the millwright John Oxley in the late 1830s and is still operational today.
The windmill is open to the public and you can see the mill producing flour from organic grain using the same processes as 100 years ago.
A shop lets you purchase the flour and a tea room provides refreshments.
