Coast Radar's banding is a valuable asset that Coast Radar needs to protect. Accordingly, we ask that you follow these guidelines with respect to Coast Radar logos. You are only freely allowed to use the Coast Radar logo when describing our product or services where no relationship could be assumed. All other usages must be specifically licensed or authorized.

Logo Requests

If you wish to use a Coast Radar logo please forward the following to [email protected]

• A written summary setting forth: (a) your name and your company's name; (b) contact information including phone number, fax number, email address and mailing address; (c) the specific Coast Radar logo that you wish to use; (d) background information on your company, detailing any relationship with Coast Radar; (e) the names of any Coast Radar contacts; (f) a description of your proposed use of the logo, including why you want to use the logo, where the logo would appear, any publication deadlines, the duration and geographical extent of the proposed use, how the logo would be displayed relative to your corporate name and logo, and whether the Coast Radar logo would be one of various logos appearing; and (g) any previous correspondence you have had with Coast Radar regarding this logo request.
• A mock-up or sample drawing showing your proposed use.

Following submission, Coast Radar will evaluate the request and contact you if additional information is necessary. You will then be notified whether the request is approved. The normal turnaround time for such requests is 48 hours, althours. If approval is granted, you will be sent formal written authorization to use the logo.

Logo Usage

Coast Radar logo usage must adhere to the following guidelines and no text or images should encroach on the logo.

Full colour version: This should be used wherever possible, preferably on a white background both in print and on screen.

Background images: when the logo must be used on a background other than white or a solid colour it should always appear in this version with a white keyline
