Parrog Beach Guide & Information
Parrog Beach is located Newport, Pembrokeshire, UK
Parrog beach is a small beach with mainly pebbles and rock pools and some sand at low tide. The beach is separated from the much larger Newport Sands by the estuary of the River Nevern.
Parrog is not a great swimming beach as the currents can be unpredictable.
Facilities include:
Car parking, toilets, cafe, slipway.

Review for location =, activites = , families = and relaxation = Parrog beach is situated along side the Nevern Estuary and has a car park and toilets.
There is a small sandy area at low tide but the majority of the beach is pebbles. During the summer months the car park can be very busy.
