Summerleaze Beach Guide & Information
Summerleaze Beach is located Bude, Cornwall, UK
Summerleaze beach is located within a short walk of Bude town centre. Summerleaze is a very popular family sandy beach. However, as it is so large at low tide it never feels over crowded.
Summerleaze beach has on one side a large breakwater complete with tower protecting a small harbour and the mouth of the Bude canal with its massive lock gates. On the opposite side of the beach there's a sea-water bathing pool.
Backing onto the beach are grassy downs and the River Neet.
Facilities include:
Large car park with easy access, toilets, cafe, lifeguards in the summer and Bude town centre short 5 minute walk.
Notes
Dogs allowed although in the summer must be kept on leads.

Jun 2010 - Great family beach!
Review for location =, activites = , families = and relaxation = We found this a great family beach. You can park next to the beach and you are also next to the town. This makes it very easy to drop you beach stuff off at the car and hit a cafe or restaurant. You also have the endless number of surf shops to browse.
Will come again and recommend to anyone.
