This 4 STAR detached self catering holiday house is located on the quiet Elmer Sands private beach estate, just a short walk to the beach. This self catering holiday house has lots of character and been refurbished to an excellent standard.

As we are so close to the beach and on a private estate our house is ideal for watersports including windsurfing, kitesurfing and kite buggying. The beach at low tide is so flat and compact sand ideal for buggies and the water at low tide is so shallow it is ideal for beginners.

If you are not interested in beach sports then ideal for relaxing and walking trips on the South Downs. Located on the coast midway between Bognor Regis and Littlehampton closeby to Arundel and Chichester.

Sleeps 7 in 3 rooms.

No Smoking and No pets.
